Armida Espinoza

Sr. Consultant

BA in International Relations by Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and Masters in governance and political communication by George Washington University. As well as a certificate on Social Responsibility by ITAM and completed a course on Corporate Governance and Accountability from the Carol and Lawrence Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research in the University of Pennsylvania.

She has professional experience in the public and private sector. In the first, specialized working with the Executive and Legislative federal branches; while on the second, has collaborated with top companies. In Anmark, she leads and designs communication strategies to work with institutions.

Alexandra Zenzes

Sr. Consultant

BA in International Relations by Universidad Iberoamericana and Masters in Administration and Public Policy by el Tecnológico de Monterrey, with certificates from Harvard. She specialized in Energy and Environmental Policy and Administration by the LatinAmerican Social Science FAculty (FLACSO), Environmental Policy and Sustainability by George Washington University and a diploma on Digital Transformation by MIT. Currently, manages a diploma in Environmental Law and Justice at the Instituto Mexicano para la Justicia.
Has experience working at the international affairs coordination at the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources; as well as collaborated with the World bank in Mexico and Washington offices, as a specialist on environmental policy. Has been a teacher at her alma matter and University Anáhuac Guerrero. As well as, collaborator at Peródico Reforma; right now she writes for the newspaper: el Sol de México. In Anmark, she leads sustainability projects and develops social responsibility strategies for corporations.

Andrés Scott

He’s worked as a Political specialist at the US Embassy in Mexico, in Canada he was Senior Analyst at the Ministry of Education and Economic Development in Alberta, Researcher at the Center for Public Engagement in Edmonton and in Alberta’s Institute of American Affairs. In Mexico, he worked as an electoral counselor at IEEM and, at a federal level, he was Director of Public Policies Impact in the Ministry of Security, Director of Institutional Coordination in the Ministry of Public Health and SubDirector of International Affairs at the Senate. Within the Private sector, he works as a communication and strategy expert for B2B, like Grupo México. He also works with NPO like The American Society of Mexico and Michou y Mau.

Adriana Blanco

Sr. Consultant

Corporate Lawyer from UNAM and Master Degree on History by the Universidad Iberoamericana with specialty on gender and speech. Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Has over 28 years of professional experience in the private sector. Started as a Corporate lawyer at ADO for seven years and was their representative at the CANAPAT, then Legal Manager of the ANTP, an NPO that represents the biggest companies in Mexico by doing analysis and strategies.

Represented CANAPAT, CONCAMIN and ANTP by negotiating Public Policy changes, Security and many others before government officials. Has advised Grupo México, GIZ, AES and The American Society of Mexico to help them create and reach communication goals. Has worked Pro Bono for NPOs, like Special Olympics, Amanc, Proempleo and many others. In Anmark she leads gender projects, as well as legislative analysis, community development and many other projects.

Paulina Carlos

BA in Administration by the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, with Masters in Public Administration and Policies by ITESM, has a certificate on Energy Policies by the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard, and two more on Government Finance by ITESM. Has over 10 years of experience in the government of Zacatecas, where she was treasurer of the Ministry of Finance, Governance Coordinator and Technical Secretary at the Ministry of Administration. Worked as a finance analyst at the Chamber of Representatives.
In Anmark she leads legislative communication strategies and monitors the Congress; as well as institution communication. She also collaborates on matters regarding the conservation of the seas.

Diana Encarnación

Jr. Consultant

BA in Economy by Escuela Superior de Economía, from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). Currently she is coursing a certification on strategic communication and social responsibility at Universidad Anáhuac. Worked at the legislative branch as a counselor at the population and development commission at the Senate, focusing on the improvement of public policies. Has experience developing communication strategies for political campaigns. In Anmark, she collaborates with public policy, risk, communication, social impact and governance analysis. As well as leading and developing stakeholder mapping, with a strategy unique to Anmark.

We have expertise on key sectors, such as: mining, energy, construction, transport, retail, logistics and shipping. As well as experience working with the Senate and Chamber of Representatives.
